Abstract

Hepatoblastoma is a distinctive tumor of the liver composed predominantly of hepatocytes of varying degree of maturity and occurs mostly in children under the age of 4 years. hepatoblastoma in the adult is a very rare clinlcal entity. There is no
reported hepatoblastoma in the adult in the Korean literature.
The usual course of this disease in adults is one of a relavively rapid downhill course and the prognosis is extremely poor.
